Who bears the cost of postage for returns/returns?

The costs associated with the return or complaint are borne by us.

The courier brought me a visibly damaged package. What should I do?

If the courier delivered a damaged package, we recommend that you do not accept it and write a complaint report with the courier. Then contact customer support.

When will I receive my refund?

Your money will be refunded within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal from the contract. If you are sending the product back, the period starts from the day it is delivered to our warehouse.
